About Vegan Grand Rapids
In 2010, Jon and Kolene, who had just recently taken the leap from vegetarian to veganism, met and created Vegan Grand Rapids. Using their love of food, writing, and technology, they created Vegan Grand Rapids to explore the City and guide others to the best spots for plant-based eating.
Since 2010, Vegan Grand Rapids has evolved to help shape and grow the vegan community. While advocates of a healthy, sustainable, and compassionate diet, Jon and Kolene use an inclusive, non-judgmental, educational approach to every outreach effort. Today, Vegan Grand Rapids is more than a restaurant guide, but a lifestyle guide to plant-based living. Whether it's attending one of Vegan Grand Rapids cooking classes or shopping events, using the website to find groceries, or meeting other like-minded individuals, Vegan Grand Rapids is here to help you on your journey.
