There is no better way to celebrate than by getting a FREE donut with every purchase from @donutgardengr at the @fultonstmarket! The market *just* opened and Jordyn is ready for you. Better hurry though, she’s already got a line starting to form!

We have been wanting to check out @abeshighanaianc We have been wanting to check out @abeshighanaiancuisine in Muskegon for a long time now, but being a food truck meant we had to locate them first! We caught up with them at the @muskegonwesternmarket on Saturday and it did not disappoint! We had some tacos, fried rice, and plantains. It was so good, we’re going to spend some serious time this summer following them around. You’ll definitely feel the love that went into making this food. Give it a try. (Everything can be made vegan if it’s not already!)

Heading north for the weekend so we stopped by @th Heading north for the weekend so we stopped by @thecoffeefactorymuskegon in Muskegon on the way. There’s normally a few vegan cupcakes, muffins, or other baked goods in the case. All we found today were these sandwiches so we picked up two for later.

@nantucketbakingco opened up a second location rec @nantucketbakingco opened up a second location recently. Most of their bread is vegan (and incredible). Here’s a few more goodies we found when we stopped in to check it out. Not pictured is a an Everything spice croissant that they told us they carry every day! The new location is at 1308 Fuller Ave.

We’re always thrilled to see more businesses off We’re always thrilled to see more businesses offering vegan food but that’s especially true when it comes to baked goods! If you get to the @rockfordcitymarket (open 8 am - 1 pm on Saturdays), you’ll find @monarchbakerymi which is offering all sorts of pastries like cookies, scones, macarons, cinnamon rolls, and more. The owner of Monarch Bakery, Abigail, added the vegan pastries after receiving a lot of requests. The macarons are alone worth the trip! Another really great thing to note is Abigail’s understanding and respect for the vegan diet. She’s done her homework and is sourcing vegan-based sugars and food coloring.
